The European dimension of the ENREAC-HEI project is ensured through a diverse consortium of partners from five European countries: Cyprus (Eurosuccess Consulting- Project Coordinator and European University Cyprus), Italy (Associazione PROGETTO MARCONI), Poland (OIC Poland Foundation), Portugal (Instituto Politécnico de Santarém) and Bulgaria (Varna Free University).

Eurosuccess Consulting, through a dynamic team of young scientists provides a comprehensive package of services addressing the needs of modern Cyprus enterprises especially on matters like innovation and technology. EUROSUCCESS identified, from the initial steps of its operations, the need for creating links between the Cyprus economy and the wider European market and put great emphasis on the exploitation of the potentials created by the accession of Cyprus in the European Union.


Today EUROSUCCESS offers a variety of services to the Public, as well as the Private sector of Cyprus. It has also started to actively participate in international schemes, through a well-established network of partners abroad, based on the intense past experience of its founder. It is specialized particularly in dissemination.

Furthermore, Eurosuccess Consulting has extensive experience in relation to coordinating and managing European research projects. Based on all of the above, Eurosuccess Consulting participates in consortiums and supports to the maximum extent possible the desired approval and consequently the successful implementation of such proposals.


Furthermore, the company is associated with a wide range of partners (research institutions and businesses, Universities, non-profit organizations etc.), from various EU countries, who at any time are able to support and assist at any request, depending on the nature and needs of each proposal individually.

Associazione PROGETTO MARCONI- Italy

PROGETTO MARCONI is a non-profit association founded in 2012, specialised in training courses and development activities. The association offers a great variety of training courses, workshops and laboratories on various subjects, such as language, ICT, coding, computer programming, accountancy, economics, tourism and many more. The association currently delivers trainings to more than 200 learners / yearly, aged from 18 to 65 years, including young, adults, VET learners, apprentices, high education learners and private companies. It also provides all-in-one support, from balance of competence to learning outcome assessment, as well as contractual procedures for new hires, professional growth planning projects together with different local partners.


The association is well-respected for the quality of their courses and their attentive consideration of individual needs in order to create equal opportunities for training, employment and social inclusion. Since the beginning of their activities, the association has been building a strong and wide network at regional level, including local administrations and several companies and professionals from different backgrounds, such as NGO, cultural associations, training institutions, companies, townships. The association has recently started to participate in EU projects and is an active partner in the development of trainings, teaching methodologies and training materials and contents to meet the needs of the selected target groups.

European University Cyprus– Cyprus

European University Cyprus (EUC) was founded in 2007 with the mission to educate students for successful careers and life achievement, to understand and serve the needs of society, and to create knowledge through research and innovation. The University hosts a diverse and dynamic research community with experienced researchers. European University Cyprus has accumulated approximately 3M euros in research funding in the last 3 years, while it ranks third among the Cypriot universities in terms of total funding from Horizon2020 (first among private universities). Research activity is primarily carried out by a number of research centers and laboratories, which, among others, include the Center of Excellence in Risk and Decision Sciences (CERIDES), and the ICT-Enhanced Education Laboratory (ICTEE).


Researchers from CERIDES and ICTEE comprise the EUC team which will participate in the implementation of the project. CERIDES is a reference point for Risk and Decision Science related subjects in South Eastern Europe. The areas of focus of CERIDES have applications to a number of horizontal areas such as: Security, Safety, Telecommunications, Critical Infrastructure Protection and Industrial Processes. ICTEE acts as the umbrella organization for numerous research projects of interdisciplinary nature, seeking to advance current knowledge in the area of ICT applications in educational environments. Projects are of a diverse scope, ranging from small interdepartmental collaborations to large European-level projects.

OIC Poland Foundation, from 1991 acting for economic and social progress in the south-eastern Poland, belongs to the leading group of training organisations operating in the Lubelskie Voivodship. Extensive network of professional and academic partners across Europe and collaboration with Universities, schools, companies, organizations from different sectors allows the Foundation to identify and transfer best practices among business units and to develop best improvements plans for the Lubelskie region.

VARNA FREE UNIVERSITY– Bulgaria

Varna Free University (VFU) is the largest and most renowned private university in Bulgaria. Varna Free University is the first and so far, only Bulgarian university possessing a Diploma Supplement (DS) Label and European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) Label, awarded by the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) for successful implementation of the ECTS. ECTS and DS Labels are awarded to institutions providing European Diploma Supplements to B.A. and M.A. graduates in conformity with the standards established by EC, the Council of Europe and UNESCO.


Тhe mission and the strategy of VFU envision the university as a national, regional and European center of excellence through internationalization and development of national and international projects of the highest-possible standard in order to achieve that goal. VFU cooperates with numerous international and European organizations in the field of education, such as: European Universities Association, Black Sea University Network. In the academic year of 2015/2016, VFU provides education for over 11 thousand students in 41 master’s degree, 20 bachelor’s degree, as well as in20 accredited PhD doctoral programs in the field of social, economic, legal, security and humanitarian sciences. It is divided into three faculties (International Management and Economics, Architecture and Legal Studies).
